some wiseman said to me what we really need is a "believe" to change our habit...if you always said "I am almost frustrated. Every time I forced to do, no result except failure"
...then the result will be as you wish.
...but if your believe you can change your habit to be more disciplined, then you are.
you just need to be persistent and take your time, no need to hurry to get the result.
